Members elected by respective Departments in September [AE&ME in odd years; CCEE/ECE in even years] and serve 2 year terms; chair elected by the faculty at-large by secret ballot at the beginning of each year and shall be selected from the membership of the committee which served the previous year (including the at-large chair) (no current members); external member selected each year by the committee from a list provided by the University Senate)
