BIOGRAPHY

Jennie Brooks is the Client Service Officer for Booz Allen’s portfolio of work serving the Navy-Marine Corps. In this role, she is accountable for Booz Allen’s client service and delivery and supporting DoN and USMC clients across the nation. Dedicated to helping solve our clients’ toughest challenges, she works with teams to develop solutions across capabilities including cybersecurity, systems engineering, and data science and analytics. Leveraging technology and innovation for our clients’ missions, Jennie is the Officer in Charge of Booz Allen’s partnerships with Qualcomm and Tableau. Under Jennie’s leadership, Booz Allen sponsored the Defense Innovation Voucher Program to help small and mid-sized defense companies scale their solutions, and the Artificial Intelligence Series to assess the impact of AI across specialties including Cybersecurity and Unmanned Systems.

Previously, Jennie led Booz Allen’s work serving the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command. In this role, Jennie led integrated teams supporting Naval Systems Commands and Warfare Centers, spanning acquisition to engineering competencies. Her team was responsible for initiating the Strategic Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, and Training Program, which accelerated talent acquisition efforts and reduced staffing gaps for our clients by ~30%.

Active in the San Diego community, Jennie serves on boards including the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation, the Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation Advisory Board, and the San Diego State University College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Board (sponsoring its Troops to Engineers Program).

Jennie holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from San Diego State University. Jennie was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of its top 25 Business Women of the Year in 2018.
