BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Tom Franklin is a partner splitting time between the Denver and San Diego offices of the national multipractice firm of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP ("Kilpatrick Townsend"). Kilpatrick Townsend is an AmLaw 100 firm that has one of the world’s largest intellectual property practices with a 150-year history and about 600 attorneys in eighteen different offices.

Mr. Tom Franklin supports a national practice that specializes in strong patent and trademark prosecution, licensing and strategic counseling for technology companies in the electronic, power and software fields. He uses creative IP procurement strategies with a laser focus on his clients’ business goals to leverage IP protection in helping large companies maintain their dominance and assisting startups vying to dominate.
