BIOGRAPHY

James Hickle is a 1993 graduate of SDSU Mechanical Engineering. He has worked for 24 years in the Gas Turbine and Power generation business. He is currently the Operational Excellence Director for Energy & Transportation at Caterpillar. He has six-sigma certification and is passionate about quality, lean manufracturing, product design and execution. Jim is a 40-year resident of San Diego.
