BIOGRAPHY

Scott Sautter leads Booz Allen’s Engineering and Technology team focused on the maritime market, driving capabilities across a broad range of skill sets to include Digital Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and C4ISR Integration. As part of Booz Allen’s San Diego leadership team, he is focused on broadening the company’s capabilities in the region with a specific focus on IT Modernization, Digital Transformation, Technology Innovation, and Speed to Capability.


Scott leads delivery of secure infrastructure, 5G/6G solutions, enterprise network operations, capability assessments, IT strategy, and related services for a broad range of Department of War (DoW) clients including the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR); Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC); Naval Information Warfare Center, Atlantic (NIWC LANT) and the NAVSEA Warfare Centers. He has over 27 years of experience in designing, building, and integrating C4ISR solutions for DoW clients.


Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional through the International Council on Systems Engineering. He is also on the Board of Directors for the San Diego chapter of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and is the Executive Vice President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA).
