Summer Internship: Day in the Life of Ackara Seav, Electrical Engineering major at SDSU. Ackara is interning at Northrop Grumman as a Systems Engineering Integration and Test Intern on site in San Diego.

Donald Mensah (BSAE '19) participated in SDSU's MESA Program, DBF (Design Build Fly), and the National Society of Black Engineers while an undergraduate student. Now working at Lockheed Martin, he gives back to the programs that gave him so much by donating to the MESA Engineering Fund.

Summer Internship: Day in the Life of Elias Malachi Enguancho, Mechanical Engineering major at SDSU. Elias is interning as a Quality Engineer at SeaSpine, a company that produces surgical implants and instruments, namely for the spine.

Paulina Díaz-Montiel arrived in 2014 as an international student. Since then, she’s earned her master’s and become the first female Ph.D. from the joint doctoral program in structural engineering.
