The 5th annual Undergraduate Research Symposium (URS) was held October 13, 2017 on the SDSU campus. The MARC program in partnership with IMSD initiated the URS years ago in an effort to provide scholars with a platform to practice and develop their presentation skills before presenting their research to larger audiences at local and national conferences.

The SDSU MARC program in partnership with the SDSU IMSD program initiated the Current Ph.D. Panel event in 2008 for students whose ultimate degree objective is a Ph.D. This year’s event was held on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 2:00 – 4:00pm in GMCS 301.
