On March 14, 2019, the SDSU College of Engineering STEM Outreach Program, in partnership with Strategic Energy Innovations and sponsored by SDG&E, hosted the 2019 Sustainable Home Green Building & Energy Design Competition.

The SDSU College of Engineering STEM Outreach Program, in partnership with the Biocom Institute's San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering, was proud to host their first annual Mission: STEM Possible on March 4, 2019.

The SDSU College of Engineering Femineer® Program, in partnership with the SDSU buildIT Lab, hosted three two-day camps this summer where 40 middle school and high girls gained experience programming their own Adafruit Playground circuit boards.

SDSU's College of Engineering Femineer™ Program and Project Lead the Way SDSU, hosted their annual Girls' Day Out: Middle School Edition sponsored by Qualcomm.

On December 1, 2017, SDSU's PLTW hosted its annual Counselor Information Conference with over 60 counselors, administrators, teachers and students attended to learn more about the PLTW curriculum and to share their success with the Program.

On October 7th, Project Lead the Way (PLTW) and SDSU's Society of Women's Engineers (SWE) hosted their annual Girls Day Out: High School Edition. This year 40 high school girls from 18 local high schools participated in a day filled with STEM activities, informational presentations, and opportunities to interact with SDSU students and engineering professionals.
