Amaury Reed Awarder Virgin Air Galactic Scholarship
Feb 23Amaury Reed, SDSU Aerospace Engineering senior, is one of six students who have been awarded a scholarship in the Galactic Unite Black Leaders in Aerospace Scholarship and Training (BLAST) program. BLAST is a scholarship, mentoring and fellowship program for college Sophomore through to Senior year Black scholars pursuing STEM education with a focus on aerospace in the U.S.
Particle Image Velocimetry Lab Session Introduced to UG Curriculum at SDSU
May 28The Particle Image Velocimetry Lab session was developed and taught by Dr. Xiaofeng Liu, Assistant Professor, SDSU Department of Aerospace Engineering, along with assistance from his graduate and undergraduate students. SDSU Rocket Project: Galactic Unite Scholars
Feb 18Galactic Unite through the efforts of Virgin Galactic Future Astronaut Scott Borden has awarded a grant to the SDSU Aerospace Engineering Dept. to support a scholarship program. The Department has awarded twelve $1,600 scholarships for the 2018-19AY.
